Discovery and R&D Phase

From ideation to after-launch support, our business analysts and product managers guide you through the entire product lifecycle.

In initial meetings, we become a part of your team and work to understand your business needs, get insights into the details of your product, and analyze your target audience. This allows us to develop the best strategy to meet end-users’ expectations and unique go-to-market goals.

Project Mapping

We use the lean startup methodology to perform a feature-based estimation and prepare wireframes. This helps us to get on the same page and establish a faster feedback loop early on.

We provide partners with clear expectations surrounding the scope of the project.Your team always has full access to all relevant data to communicate development costs to investors.

Development Phase

We define the project’s architecture, make a roadmap, and assemble a team that fits your company’s vision. We continuously test functionality, integration, and usability, eventually implementing manual and auto-QA testing as well.

The roadmap consists of smaller sections that we call “sprints.” At the end of each sprint, we provide stakeholders with a demo to showcase progress and receive feedback.

This allows us to integrate their vision at every step.

Final Review

Once the development phase is successfully finished, we conduct unit testing for all functions to ensure the product is ready for deployment.

When all the preparations are made, and the pre-launch checklist is completed, we help you enter the market with your product.

Post-Launch Support

We work with your team to identify, prioritize, and prototype key product features and deliverables. Together, we define what a finished feature is and create a delivery plan for each one.

This collection of features is the initial backlog that developers will execute in the next stage.

Step 3

Development

Engineers create a tech roadmap and build front- and back-end architecture.

Using agile methodology, we demo features with immediate business and user value at least once every 2 weeks to gather feedback. We continuously test feature functionality, integration, and usability.

Step 4

Final Review

Once we’ve developed a feature, MVP, or updated system, we conduct user acceptance testing for all functions to ensure everything’s ready for deployment.

The moment we confirm the pre-launch checklist is complete, we help you launch your product or update. At peak efficiency, we’re releasing multiple times per 2-week sprint.

Post-Launch Growth
